The word NO in sales | Sales Rejection

Today’s video is on the word NO! Hearing it or the fear of hearing that word can be paralyzing to most salespeople and entrepreneurs. It stops you from approaching people and getting business.

Everyone has this fear of hearing the word “no”. That the customer is not going to want to purchase what you are selling. That they don’t like you as a person or your product or they are just not interested.

NO means “not yet” or “I don’t have enough information”. Rarely does NO mean that they are completely not interested, especially if they are calling you. Don’t be scared! It just means they are not enrolled so what you need to do is find out what’s missing.

Just ask them! It’s simple. Say “What would make you want to purchase this.. Have you seen something that you like better..” Keep asking questions. It’s a way for you to understand. Don’t let your ego get in the way.
